By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy and our Terms of Service.

A. Information Provided Directly by You

• Account Registration Data: To create an account, you must provide your name, phone number, date of birth, and a password.
• User Content: The Service is designed around temporary matching events ("Sessions"). To participate, you may voluntarily submit certain content, including but not limited to video streams, photographs, and text responses ("User Content"). This User Content functions as your profile for the duration of a Session.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage and Log Data: We automatically collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, session start and end times, and your interactions within the Service.
• Location Data: With your consent, we may collect precise geolocation data to facilitate matching. You may revoke consent at any time in your device settings.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and Maintain the Service: operate, maintain, and enable features such as Sessions and user matching.
• Safety and Security: enforce Terms of Service, prevent fraud or misuse, investigate issues, and protect users.
• Service Improvement: analyze and test to improve functionality.
• Legal Compliance: satisfy applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

• To Other Users During Sessions: User Content you submit in a Session is disclosed in real time to other participants, and not available after the Session ends.
• To Third-Party Vendors: cloud hosting, analytics, and security services under contractual safeguards.
• For Legal and Safety Reasons: as needed to comply with law, defend rights, prevent harm, or protect safety.
• In Business Transfers: in the context of a merger, acquisition, or other transaction.

4. Age Policy and Enforcement

• The Service is intended only for individuals 18 or older.
• During registration, you must self-attest your date of birth.
• If, at any point, our systems or moderation processes flag you as under 18, your account will be immediately removed without appeal or further verification.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the Service, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. Session User Content is not made available once a Session concludes, but may be temporarily stored for moderation or abuse prevention.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. User Choices

• Account Updates: You may update your information in account settings.
• Device Permissions: Control access (e.g., location, camera) via your device.
• Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account; we will honor subject to retention obligations.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or retain information from individuals under 18. If discovered, their accounts are removed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we will revise the "Effective Date" and post updates on the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
